Yoga helps regulate hormonal changes during menopause and strengthens the immune system. You should join a weekly yoga class for a million reasons, and you will love it.

We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs, including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, and depression, and to assist in developing a personal home practice.

Term 1 2025 Payment Options:

1) 8-week course Pass: $180.00, valid for this term only.

2) Casual class attendance: $30.00 

3) 12 class pass valid for two terms: $270

Missed classes can be made up at an alternative class during the term but are not transferable from one term to the next. 
No refunds are provided once a course commences.                                                                              
Discounts are available online when booking more than one class per week.

General Level Yoga course: Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 am _11th February-1st April

Beginners Yoga Course: Tuesdays  6:00-7:15 pm__11th February -1st April

Level Yoga Course: Wednesday 6:00-8:00 pm__12th February-2nd April

General:  All levels except new beginners
